Compound of F(エフ) (efu, first letter of English first) + J(ジェー)C(シー) (jēshī, “female middle school student”). It was probably inspired by F(エフ)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (efujēkē), M(エム)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (emujēkē), and L(エル)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (erujēkē), which were widely used after broadcasting of Bay Storm by Kazunari Ninomiya.
