Where this word comes from

Internationalism, based on Latin Armenia, from Ancient Greek Ἀρμενία (Armenía), from Old Persian 𐎠𐎼𐎷𐎡𐎴 (a-r-mi-i-n, “Armenia”). The Old Persian form Armina is first attested around 520 BCE in the Behistun Inscription of Darius I, where it denotes an Achaemenid province; the corresponding Babylonian version instead uses the older regional name Urartu. The related Old Persian form Arminiya- denoted an Armenian or inhabitant of the province. The ultimate origin of the Old Persian name is uncertain. One proposal traces it through an unidentified Aramaic form to reconstructed Urartian *armini (“inhabitant of Arme”), but this explanation is not securely established. Compare Danish Armenien, Swedish Armenien, German Armenien, Dutch Armenië, French Arménie and English Armenia.
